Land Rover calls the three-door LRX “a vision of its future”. The LRX is almost 6 inches shorter than the LR2 and is powered by a hybrid drivetrain with a clean turbodiesel engine. Land Rover says the LRX could achieve fuel economy 30% higher than a comparably-sized conventional SUV — and yes, it’s designed to go off road.
